WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
How Ontly handles website inquiries and the information you share with us.
Last revised:
1. Who this policy covers
Ontly, Inc. operates this website. This policy describes information handled through this website and general business inquiries. Data processing for a client project or a client’s customers may be addressed in a separate agreement.
2. Information you provide
Our forms ask for your name, email address, phone number, and a message. The project inquiry form also lets you provide your business name and service interests. We receive information you include in subsequent correspondence. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
3. How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, explore your needs, prepare proposals, and manage related communications. Technical information is used to operate the website, deliver messages, prevent abuse, and investigate delivery or security problems. Sending an inquiry is not a subscription to a marketing newsletter.
4. Hosting, email, and security providers
Website hosting and email services process information needed to deliver the site and inquiry messages. Submissions are sent through our server-side email system. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form against automated abuse and processes technical signals for that purpose. Read the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details about its processing. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, request details, and diagnostic records.
5. Cookies, analytics, and external links
This website uses technical services needed for its operation and spam protection. We use Google Analytics on our production website to understand visits and improve the website. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, referral sources, browser and device details, and approximate location. Our website tag disables Google signals and advertising personalization signals. We do not send the contents of your inquiry forms to Google Analytics.
Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Provider technologies may also use browser storage for security. External links lead to websites with their own privacy practices.
6. Access and disclosure
Inquiry details are handled by Ontly and the providers supporting hosting, security, and email delivery. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. This policy does not authorize unrelated advertising uses of your inquiry information.
7. Retention and security
Information may remain in inquiry correspondence, email systems, technical logs, and backups. Retention depends on the purpose of the record, ongoing discussions or projects, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no website or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.
8. Privacy questions and requests
You can use our contact page to ask about information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Identify the email address used for the inquiry and describe your request without sending sensitive identity documents through the form. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Applicable legal rights and exceptions depend on your circumstances.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the website or relevant practices change. The revision date above identifies the latest version.
